Review by Chuck: Awful is actually too nice. The product did not open or work ever. Customer and Tech service took a minimum of 5 days to respond. There is no phone number to call. I asked for my guaranteed refund in June. This is the last week of Sept. and I still have no refund. I have gotten the run around since June and very poor and slow replies to any refund questions. Numerous claims that they cannot find my records after I have sent them copies several times. Dont waste your time or money. Honestly, I planned on getting a refund after using it. In about 10 minutes, it scanned and repaired my crashed hard drive that was unreadable. For me, it turned out to be worth the $70. Review by lostshoe: It cleans the registry, finds junk files, etc. It is rather expensive however, but I would say the free trial is worth it, just for cleaning the registry and finding junk files. There are ways around the 30-day trial, but I'm pretty sure we can't discuss that here (arrr matey). (4/5 - 19-Mar-2005)
