ALL NEW for 5.0 - Macro Scoping
New Scope dialog that can setup the 'visibility' of a macro by
having the user find the application 'target'. Scope dialog
available in Macro Properties and Folder Properties. Scoping info
also displayed in the properties lower pane, under category
'Misc' Now ONE shortcut can run in more than one application!

Added new macro 'Web Form Fill' that can be setup via new dialog
to autocomplete web pages forms. Web form elements can be linked
to text expanding macros.

New Quicklist design & functionality: Simplified Add New Item.
Ability to have custom width/height of the list dialog. Ability
to choose between the information columns displayed. Made
QuickList run dialog resizeable, and now can have maximum 5
columns with various macro info, in any order. The QuickList now
autoupdates its list of macros upon run or edit mode, in order to
detect and remove 'dead' or obsolete macros.
Minimize main application upon macro run is now an option in
Tools->Options->Settings
Added Updater (Help->Web Update) that can be used to
download latest patches and releases
Task Scheduling. Now you can run macros in AIM Keys while you
are AWAY from your computer!
Commands are now much easier to perform, with the new mouse
activated macros and key/text shortcut sequences. Internet and
Email commands have also been streamlined to make navigation
easier.
Preview/Edit pane, which allows you to preview and edit macro
syntax on the fly!
Macro and Task log files. AIM Keys can automatically track
your activities and store them for future reference.
Security options. Now you may secure every facet of AIM Keys
interface from macros to the entire application. Encrypt your
sensitive macros such as passwords to prevent others from using
or viewing them.

the wizard, which makes adding special commands or complex macros
much easier and faster.
Data Sharing. Now you can easily import and export option
settings through the improved export feature.
Data Manipulation and Navigation. You can now merge data files
and drag and drop macros or folders within a data file or from
one data file to another.
Data Storage. Data is now stored in ONE file. No more multiple
files to deal with.
Automatic shortcut sequencing. Now you can automatically add
text and key shortcuts to every macro in an orderly manner.
Batch Processing. You can run a macro without running the
application and selecting the macro.
Windows XP and Vista ready. AIM Keys has been optimized to
work on the newest operating systems including Vista!
