Once the software is launched, the icons are wiped from the screen, and a different colored bar (from the color that covers the top of the screen) covers the bottom 1/4 of the screen and my computer freezes. Have to reboot to regain control of my machine! I have tried to troubleshoot this software, I need something simple to use, and this is certainly not it. Should come with a disclaimer that it comes with many different names, but is the same P.O.S.!! BEWARE! |
