Smart Color Pick'n'Capture is a program that will allow you to easily pick up any color value from the screen or other program or image. You can view your selected color combinations for effectiveness of contrast and balance in a specially provided "sample" screen.
But it doesn't stop there. Smart Color Pick'n'Capture also provides you with an additional value, by providing a screen capture mechanism that will allow you to capture entire screens, windows and controls. You choose whether to paste them to the clipboard or save to a .BMP or .PNG image file. There is also a zoom function that will show any part of the screen from zoom factor ratio 1:1 to 11:1.
